Think You
Belong Here?
Don’t just show up for a tryout. Step inside the Wolves environment for one week, two weeks, or a full 30-day development residency — train, live the routine, improve, compete, and be evaluated in a real club setting.
This Is Not
An Open Tryout.
You cannot simply purchase your way into this program.
You apply. We review. We invite.
Residency spaces are limited by playing level, positional need, roster needs, the competitive calendar and player-housing availability.
Don’t Visit.
Live It.
Selected players enter the Arkansas Wolves environment through either a one- or two-week Professional Trial Residency or a 30-day Player Development Residency. You train on the club schedule, stay in player housing, receive meals, access the Wolves performance environment, and are seen across multiple sessions instead of one crowded afternoon.
Trial residents receive at least one live match-style evaluation opportunity through an intra-squad match, scrimmage or comparable competitive setting scheduled by the technical staff. Development residents receive a longer training window, structured feedback, and competitive exposure when available within the club calendar.
Five Parts.
One Opportunity.
The residency is designed to show us more than what you can do in a few touches. We want to see how you train, compete, respond, adapt and fit the environment.
Live.
Player housing and meals keep you close to the daily rhythm of the club during your accepted residency dates.
Train.
Daily scheduled football work inside the Wolves environment, subject to the first-team competitive calendar.
Prepare.
Access to the Wolves gym and performance environment so staff can see how you approach the work beyond matchday.
Compete.
At least one live match-style evaluation opportunity to assess your decisions and execution under competitive pressure.
Earn It.
The technical staff determines whether there is an appropriate next step for you inside the Wolves pathway.
You Want A Look?
Give Us Something To See.
We are not looking for tourists. Accepted players are expected to arrive fit, prepared and ready to compete from the first session.

Travel to and from Little Rock is not included. Accepted dates are coordinated with the club’s training and match calendar and are subject to housing capacity. Trial and development residents are entering a football development environment, not purchasing a roster position. Applying does not obligate the player to pay, and paying for an accepted residency never guarantees team selection.
You Don’t Buy
A Roster Spot.
The process is intentionally selective. Trial residents receive a meaningful evaluation window; development residents receive a longer period to improve, integrate and receive feedback. What happens after either program is earned.

Serious Intent.
This pathway is for players who believe they are ready to be assessed in a demanding senior environment and can arrive prepared to compete.

Know The
Standard.
Does applying guarantee a trial?
No. Applications are reviewed by Arkansas Wolves staff. Invitations depend on level, positional need, scheduling, roster considerations and housing availability.
Does an accepted residency guarantee a roster spot or contract?
No. Trial and development residencies are football evaluation and development opportunities. Any decision about a future Wolves role is separate and based on the technical staff’s assessment, roster needs and applicable registration requirements.
What is included?
All residency options include player housing, meals, scheduled football work and Wolves gym/performance access. Trial residents receive at least one live match-style evaluation opportunity during the accepted window. The 30-day development residency adds a longer training window, individual development priorities, staff feedback and an end-of-residency technical review.
What is the difference between the trial and development residency?
The one- and two-week Professional Trial Residencies are primarily designed to give the technical staff a meaningful period to evaluate a player for the Wolves pathway. The 30-day Player Development Residency is designed for players who want a longer period inside the environment to train, improve, receive feedback and demonstrate progress. Neither option guarantees a roster position.
Is travel included?
No. Players are responsible for transportation to and from Little Rock unless Arkansas Wolves expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Can international players apply?
Yes. International players may request consideration, but each player remains responsible for passports, visas, entry eligibility and other legal travel or immigration requirements. An invitation from Arkansas Wolves is not immigration authorization.
What happens if I am accepted?
The club will contact you directly with available reporting dates, residency terms, payment instructions, arrival information and any additional documents required before participation.
Earn Your
Place.
Every player has a starting point. The question is what you do when the opportunity is in front of you.
Request an Evaluation →Participation in the Arkansas Wolves Trial and Development Residency is an evaluation and/or player-development opportunity and does not constitute employment or guarantee team selection, player registration, a roster position, a professional contract, salary, compensation or future participation with Arkansas Wolves FC. Any future playing arrangement is subject to separate club approval and applicable league, federation and legal requirements. Program scheduling, training access and competitive evaluation format may be adjusted to the club’s active football calendar while preserving the accepted player’s overall evaluation or development opportunity.
