Is gonna be a special day and crucial day for both teams, Arkansas Wolves II is finally gonna be able to have their season opener this weekend, after an unfortunate cancellation of their game against Clarksville Niupi FC this past weekend.
Also, the Arkansas Wolves I is still looking for the first win of their season after a hard-fought tie this past weekend against River Valley Bully SC. The AR Wolves I start losing their game 2-0 in the first half, with a lot of new players and some veterans, they were not able to find themselves in the game, with only four shots and none on goals and with for River Valley SC with five shots and four on goals, it was a terror in the first half for the team coached by Andrew Ngundue.
When the second half started, the AR Wolves were able to have a really strong start when able to score a goal by Moses with the assist of Garret Bosley in the first minutes of play, it was a great response for the team, who in the second half started with a different mentality and to come back into this game. Even though it was good to start, there was a moment of pessimism for the team, the star player Ousseynou missed a penalty kick and a few minutes later, River Valley score their third goal, but the team didn’t give up and pushed all the way through and was able to found two goals from Ousseynou who redeem himself from the missed penalty kick and the team was able to tie the game 3-3. It was such an intense game that even Coach Ngundue had a red card in the middle of the game, but it didn’t matter because his message stuck on the players, and was able to find the tie in the game and be superior on the second half with six shots and five on goal against River Valley who had four shots and two on goal.
This weekend is gonna be such a beautiful game with both teams trying to get the three points and even if the teams are basically brothers, they are gonna give everything on the field to find a win. AR Wolves II with the goal of finally starting their season with a win and the AR Wolves I to finally get their first win on the season and start to get into a playoff spot.
