Meet our Staff

Sean Paul Jones
President | GM | Senior Mens Coach

Dr. Jones is a sports psychology specialist who works with athletes, teams, and coaches in performance enhancement via various mental strategies that help them achieve their full potential and cope with the pressures of competition. Sean Paul works at his private practice, Livestrong, PLLC, and will also be a player for the club as he anticipates contributing both on and off the pitch.

Ryan Spears
Technical Director

Ryan is a veteran player and coaching professional with over 20 years of experience spanning all ages and genders from youth, college, to semi-pro levels. He has played soccer for over 30 years from club to university and semi-pro. His passion is in growing soccer and helping players discover and experience a love for the game.

Steven Laster
Performance Director | Senior Women's Coach

Steve is a LR native who played for Riverdale SC, Hall HS, Hendrix, and the University of Memphis.  He’s coached with AR United, Pulaski Academy, and Mount St. Mary’s and currently coaches at Central HS and AR United. Steve works with our players raising their performance in ball skill, tactical awareness, and athletic performance.  His company Performance Soccer Academy takes this to the individual level where he also specializes in training athletes in injury recovery and avoidance.

Rick Friday
Senior Academy Director | UPSL Men's Coach

Rick has coached in central Arkansas for 18 years including 16 years with Arkansas United/ LRFC, head coach at Pulaski Academy and Bryant High School. At the HS level he has been Conference Coach of the Year 3 times, led teams to 2 conference championships, and a state final. The Wolves are proud to have him contributing to the growth and development of the young men in our 20u player development academy.

Ismael Vasquez
Recruiting Director | Senior Men's Assistant

Ismael, a dedicated family man and the most handsome of the Wolves staff,  is very passionate about all things soccer, including growing the sport, and helping connect players with opportunities to play.  He is a US Soccer Youth and Adult Referee, as well as NISOA College Referee, so do not mess with him or he will give you a red card!

Zac Moore
Director of Goalkeeping

Zac Moore currently holds a D license, NSCAA National Diploma, and NSCAA Goalkeeper Level III Diploma. Zac began his coaching career at the age of 19, as Boys Head Soccer Coach at Sylvan Hills High School. While with the Bears, his goalkeeper was named to the Arkansas All-State Team. Later transitioning into college soccer, he spent 3 years at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where the Trojans goalkeepers led the conference in saves (165) in 2012. While at Ouachita Baptist University from 2015 to 2016, the Lady Tigers received a total of 14 All-Conference honors along with one player being named Academic All-America DII Women’s Soccer Player of the Year in 2015. In both seasons at Ouachita Baptist, his goalkeepers received all conference honors as well as a Conference Goalkeeper of the Year award in 2016. During his seven years of coaching club soccer at Arkansas United, Bryant Soccer Club, and Real Arkansas, Zac has won 4 State Cups and a President’s Cup while also coaching two Academy teams to undefeated seasons. During his first year as Wolves goalkeeper coach, his keepers lead with a league low goals against (7 goals in 8 games played). Zac has helped develop young goalkeepers throughout his career with several continuing their playing careers in college. Zac is also on staff coaching at the Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, and Arkansas at Little Rock summer camps.
